Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, programming troubleshooting, and resolving software, hardware, and firmware problems. Additionally, they will provide technical assistance and support for applications, servers, and PCs.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and firmware issues.
- Resolve technical problems in a timely manner and skill in programming.
- Provide technical assistance and support for applications, servers, and PCs.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operation of systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting software, hardware, and firmware issues.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
- Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
