Description

The Lands Branch with the Ministry of Agriculture is looking for a highly organized and detail-orientated team player to join our team in either our Tisdale or North Battleford office.

As an Agreement Co-Ordinator, the ability to work efficiently in a team environment is essential. You will be working with colleagues from across the province to support the administration of Saskatchewans Agricultural Crown lands. You will be required to work in our Crown Land computerized database. Working closely with the Land Management Specialists, you will be required to complete land administration activities including preparing easements, creating, and amending agriculture and industrial lease agreements, as well as, preparing sale agreements and transfers.

The successful candidate will require knowledge of general office and administrative practices, procedures, and protocols. You will have the ability to accurately reference, interpret and appropriately apply acts, regulations, policies, and guidelines to daily operations. Strong communication skills are required in order to verbally and in writing explain policies and procedures to colleagues, stakeholders and the public.  Strong problem-solving skills is required to identify, clarify, and analyze documents in order to independently implement solutions in a timely manner.  Other duties include word processing and filing.
