Cypress Motors is expanding its team! We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. If you have a passion for cars and a knack for customer service, we want you on board!

Responsibilities:

Greet and guide customers through the buying process, providing detailed information about our vehicles, including features, specifications, and benefits.
Conduct test drives and provide clients with a comprehensive demonstration of our vehicles.
Negotiate terms of sales and leases, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
Follow up with potential customers to generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Assist customers with the completion of their paperwork and coordinate with the finance department to ensure a smooth transaction.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and the dealership's promotions and offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience in automotive sales is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or a related field is advantageous.
