Job Description:
Bayfield Property Management Inc. is currently seeking a self-motivated, driven individual to join our team as a full-time Property Administrator.
In this diverse role, the Property Administrator will provide support to the Property Manager, Building Operator, and Head office, and will be responsible for day-to-day administrative duties relating to commercial property management.
The primary responsibilities of the Property Administrator will include, but are not limited to the following:
Providing support for day-to-day activities for the building in assigned portfolio
Maintaining all facets of tenant records (filing, tracking, and maintenance), and reconciling tenant and vendor accounts
Lease document tracking and review
Track/approve tenant monthly rental billings/EFT payments
Tenant collections, follow up and reconciliation of tenant accounts
Obtain sales reports for retail tenants; update sales database, calculation of any % rent owing for Property
Assisting in the preparation of work contracts and annual inspections
Working closely with the Property Manager and Accounting Department on budget preparation
Handling tenant/supplier/patron inquiries
Preparing/processing invoices, purchase orders, and reports
Maintaining and overseeing the propertys social media accounts and preparing necessary marketing materials
Assisting in the operation of an established Kids Club and its corresponding duties
