We are seeking top tier talent to further strengthen our company.   As an experienced concrete worker at Baydo you will but are not limited to:
1.Read blueprints for work planning (an asset but not required)
2.Complete rough and carpentry tasks as needed
3.Assist in checking completed units to be sure they are level, square, plumb and the right size,     shape, and location. Be able to adjust work as required:
4.Cut, shape, and join forming materials as needed
5.Assist in concrete forming, bracing, placing rebar, concrete placement
6.Assist in scaffold, shoring, work platforms and ladders for assembling structures above ground level
7.Perform other related duties as assigned.
To be successful at Baydo, you will need to have the following qualifications:
1-2 years in construction
Valid drivers license (an asset but not required)
Safety Training (Fall protection, Power Mobile Equipment, Rigging, etc.) (an asset but not required)
Knowledge of all manner of construction tools and how to operate them.
The information described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
The position requires good manual dexterity and coordination.
