Description

Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Job Competition: SW-11-2024
Location:  Moose Jaw
Salary:    $27.70 to $34.62 per hour (Pay Grade 6)

Short Description
As the Operations Coordinator, you will coordinate the operational aspects of the administration of the Operations Division by coordinating the administration of the water and wastewater training program, administering the Operations training budget, managing the logistical arrangements and minute taking for various Operations meetings, and maintain corporate records ensuring accuracy, integrity and security.

To qualify, you will have a diploma in Business Administration or similar program and a valid Class 5 Drivers License.

In addition to the above qualifications, the job requires 2 years of progressively more responsible experience in the following areas:
Working knowledge of administrative best practices.
Working knowledge of record keeping systems and basic accounting principles and practices.
Demonstrated ability in the operation of spreadsheet, presentation, database and other corporate specific software programs, as well as in the operation of a variety of office equipment.
Ability to set priorities and work under deadlines.
Skill in written and verbal communications.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, the public and outside agencies and to promote and maintain a positive corporate climate.

Special Requirements:  The position requires the incumbent to undergo a Criminal Record Check and Drug and Alcohol test. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada. A valid Saskatchewan drivers license is required.
